It is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind and breath to optimized well-being by including tools that touch on the whole spectrum of human experience.  

All tailored to the individual; involves personalized assessment and goal-setting within the context of a therapeutic relationship.

What is I Am Yoga Therapy™?

I AM Yoga Therapy™ is a total body stretch and opens energy channels. Using wall, prop and assisted poses, you are guided to move into areas of constriction, tightness and pain that you normally avoid. Unresolved mental and emotional tensions keep physical tightness intact and allow the body to continue to create misalignments and prevent optimal healing. I AM Yoga Therapy, also referred to as Body Psychology, is designed to address both visible symptoms and invisible mental and emotional aspects.

While the outcome of a series of Yoga Therapy sessions will vary, often misalignments can be addressed. By holding the body in assisted and various positions for longer periods of time, combined with breath and facilitated dialogue, to help you stay tuned in to what is happening in your body, we can move into places of restriction, and gently and effectively soften or sometimes release them.

Each session is fully customized to meet you where you are at!

You choose the area of focus - physical, mental or emotional - and then allow yourself to be guided through out the experience.

Each session is private and customized for each individual!

During the private one-on-one session, I will facilitate and guide the experience based specifically on the needs of you, the receiver. The receiver communicates when the movement is enough, and where the body is feeling the movement. As the receiver, the opportunity is to relax and be with what shows up in sacred space being held just for you.

Sessions are offered both in-person and online via Zoom.
