To begin, you will be guided with gentle movement on the mat, designed to release layers of holding. Once you climb into the silk, you will be met with sound and Yoga Nidra customized to welcome in and release out.

 During this immersive experience, you are invited to receive sound vibrations of a wise planetary gong and tune into the supportive and clearing tones of Chakra tuned crystal singing bowls. These instruments offer sound waves that move into your entire body, welcoming you to release the past and receive what you need in the moment.
