Using props, guidance and breath each person works at their edge so the experience is customized.

Readily accessible approach

Within the class setting each person works at their edge to release blocked energy with guided facilitation, specific poses and breath. Through application of yoga therapy the body is used as an access point to work with the visible effects of invisible causes.

This class is a facilitated yoga therapy group class, working with the imbalances and blockages of energy within the body. You will hold specific poses for longer periods of time, combined with facilitated dialogue and closing with yoga Nidra. Occasional physical assists may be provided.
