Looking to expand and play with mind, body, spirit awareness and connectivity? Would you like to explore your spirituality from a fresh & ancient way?
This will be a full body, mind and spirit journey into yogic spirituality with the yamas and niyamas.
Yoga has become a common term, yet mostly misunderstood as a physical practice. The four letters that make up this word have created lifelong, sustainable practices for anyone up for the challenge to enjoy. The eight limbs of Yoga are branches along the tree of life, to which yoga practitioners live their daily lives. The Yamas and Niyamas comprise two very integral parts to this practice.
“The yamas & niyamas are for the purpose of purifying the worldly vessel so that which is infinite, pure and untarnished may be perceived. They are like the cloth that is used to shine the mirror, taking off the dust and dirt so that the clear reflection of reality may be perceived. “
Join me for this 6 experience series where we wear and explore the profound impact of these guideposts practices.

*This course is intentionally starting in December, a time most people avoid, yet in the time of what might feel busy, there are also many opportunities to practice so it offers an opportunity to dive in.*
The course will be guided by Rhonda Vroman, MBA, RYT 500 who began studying spirituality from the perspective of ancient yogis over 10 years ago. The past three years she has explored the yamas and niyamas more intently and credits them with taking her deeper into spiritual exploration. Rhonda’s passion for this work is embedded with language intended to be accessible and friendly to all, regardless of religious preference or prior knowledge.
